This is just to keep you all up to speed regarding what to expect from OpenWrt in the future. The OpenWrt devs are currently working on two main trunks of the software. The current Version 1.0 (CodeNamed WhiteRussian) trunk, currently at RC4 with RC5 on its way and a Version 2.0 (CodeNamed: Kamikaze) that currently only lives it life in SubVersion. The upcoming features currently announced in the Roadmap for OpenWrt looks like: OpenWrt 1.0 (WhiteRussian) RC5 * support for BCM47xx/53xx based boards with Linux kernel 2.4 * support more devices: |
