Firstly ensure that you have the latest and greatest version of Joker firmware installed on your 6500FS:
http://mgb111.pradnik.net/m-releases/C009-M/mgb111-update-400b4.c009m2.zip

Unzip the "mgb111-update-400b4.c009m2.zip" file and then install it using the WEB UI of 6500FS (Upgrade Firmware option)

Wait for 5 minutes and then restart 6500FS. This firmware will enable telnet on your 6500FS.

Connect to the 6500FS using Putty and then Download and untar the following files:

To download use the command:
wget <followed by the WebURL provided below>

After extracting all the above files, restart 6500FS.
Then again connect to the 6500FS using Putty.

Type transmission-daemon and press Enter.


On your windows computer install transmission remote gui:
http://code.google.com/p/transmisson-remote-gui/

Then open transmission remote gui and put the IP address of the 6500FS. Now you can use the remote gui to add torrent files and download and upload them.
