I'm trying to get your RRD script which was posted at Oleg's forum working. I've added installed cron, and added the rrdtool lines, but nothing is visible at /rrd/ and the /rrd/ directory does not exist under /www/. Any idea what I'm doing wrong?

You need to provide some more info.

Does any .rrd files get generated? Any picture files?

Thanks for replying Smiley

In /var/lib/rrd I have eth0.rrd, eth1.rrd and eth2.rrd, all of which are 55Kb. After a lot of snooping on the router, I've found image files at /share/www/rrd/, but when I go to http://192.168.1.1/rrd/, nothing is displayed, but it looks as though the router is intercepting it somehow. In the source, there's what appears to be JavaScript for managing the default settings.

Did you try in a browser to access one of the imagefiles directly?

http://192.168.1.1/rrd/eth2.png

...or whatever the files are called (I dont quite remember).

No, I can't see anything.

With FTP, I can see images at /disc0_1/share/www/rrd/ but when I navigate to http://192.168.1.1/rrd/, I just get a blank page, and http://192.168.1.1/rrd/landay.png (which exists in the FTP directory) gives me a 404. It's as though a symlink hasn't been created.

Here are some ideas :
1. check for installed www-server (httpd, lighttpd, etc)
2. then check your web-server settings. Maybe you need to add/change path to you rrd data. Try moving it to some other location, from where you can open web-pages...
3. check your port settings. Maybe You should use http://192.168.1.1:82/rrd/ or http://192.168.1.1:8080/rrd/

P.S.: sorry for my english Smiley
