Openwrt Kamikaze x86 for WHD

I dropped the autobootfs file to the intern hdd of mine
SMC EZ Connect Storage SMCWAPS-G and reboot the device, so far everything
is working, but telnet. I understood that this is necessary in order to be able to install
packages, enable and configure the network settings "NVRAM" options. Correct me if I
am wrong. I have the Firmware OpenWrt Kamikaze - With X-Wrt Extensions r6760 Webif2
and Kernel Linux 2.4.36 password: aaaaa  and IP: 192.168.2.1 Please help?

Many many thanks in advance,

Kind regards,
Negrito

Hi negrito

With the autobootfs, SSH is enabled so you can use Putty, or any other SSH client to acccess the system, user name: root password: aaaaa

Using SSH is more secure than telnet.

The webif is a test and not functional.

I hope this helps.

BTW, for future reference, if you are posting regarding the SMCWAPS-G, then please post in macsat.com OpenWrt and ASUS WL Forum > SMC EZ Connect Storage (SMCWAPS-G), Micronica MGB100 Wi-Fi Hard Disk, Level One WAP-0007 and compatible > Firmware rather than the OpenWRT forum  Wink
