ERROR: Unknown dest name: `opt'
[tavi@Ruter /]$

I recive thiss error, and dont know what 2do

hi kenvello

I'm pretty new here but I think you should read the following from the wiki

http://www.macsat.com/macsat/content/view/16/30/

the idea is to install the package in an alternative location /opt, that's the
reason for the "-d opt" in teh ipkg command
