Hi,Every one.
I so sorry.I not good at English at all.
I have a One leve Wap-007 an flash Airlive WMU-6500FS FW.
I often use Built-in BT Client download some things,but here has some problems,
the BT Client is slowly ,It is have solution?
I know MGB100 's is X86 CPU ,I see WD WORLDEDITON can install a linux in HDD.
Can it(MGB100) install linux in hard disk ? (Like redhat linux i386.)

you AirLive box has Linux on it as well !!! I have the same product and I have installed on it many other applications (such as Apache, PHP etc.). Visit the http://mgb111.pradnik.net and download & install "FW C009-M2 Advanced" firmware. This site is really interested. regards, Christos |

also forgot to mention ... After you upgrade your firmware, you will notice that a newer version of BT in installed. For instance, prior to the firmware upgrade the embbeded BT client couldn't access a Private tracker (of which I am using), now after I upgraded by box I have no problems of downloading stuff! Of course, after you install the new firmware you may try and install a different BT client - even with web-based interface! (transmission-clutch). Unfortunately, this did work in my case. hi,
I think that you have to do the following.
1. download the firmware from the aforementioned site. Inside the compressed file you will find a ".bin", this is the actual firmware file - not the compressed one that you download !
2. from the web interface of your HDD-box (from the main menu) go to "Advanced Tools --> Restore backup configuration and Upgrade Firmware" and choose to upgrade the firmware.
have you reached this point? if not .... what error msgs do you get ?

In http://mgb111.pradnik.net the firmwares are for MGB111 compatible devices such as 'LevelOne WAP-0008' so maybe...you 007 version is not supported  but I don't know if other have manged to upgrade their devices...(basically I own an Airlive WMU 6500-FS) C. |

I would recommend moving to http://www.macsat.com/macsat/component/option,com_smf/Itemid,50/topic,772.0/ post as I refer to problems with Transmission there... basically in your case you are missing some libraries as I refer to my other post. There I indicate the file that you have to install for executing transmission. Though, I do not know if you get lucky...since this file is for MGB111, probably it will work in your case...but you have to test it . Alternatively you may downlaod a different Transmission version. In the repository 1.20, 1.21 and 1.34 are available... C. |

Hi,Georgousopoulos Christos. I succeed run the transmission on my Box. But it only work on console. Here is the pucture on console.  But it has Problem,transmission can not BT Download. So,you see. What do I have to do now ? |

Hi again, installing it does not mean that it operates properly. For instance, I tried to setup 1.21 & 1.34. On 1.21 I could add torrent to the list, but the files where indicated as "stalled" - no upload/download. On 1.34 I couldn't even add a file to the list. So, have you managed to upload/download anything   BR, C. |

ok.....now I can get the same screen that you have.
Though, as I mentioned before it does not download/upload anything.
Don't know... this problem probably has to do with ports...I'll check it from my home later on ...Let's see, will we set it up !?
