I just bought the WL500W and downgraded the firmware to oleg 1.9.2.7-8-pre9 and it works.
I have a few questions though:

Can I use my network storage (Maxtor shared storage) as FTP directory on the WL500 instead of using the default USB-port?
All my changes in the webconfiguration are deleted when i reboot - how do I save them?
What is the telnet login/password?
