Hello,

I am running the MGB100-clone sold by PEARL with upgrade v4 and autobootfs. After some work and a bit of cheating it works rather well, including the nfs-kernel-server and WLAN-Client mode with automatic login into 3 different WLAN-APs. Had to replace vsftpd with pure-ftpd though, vsftpd managed to freeze the system now and then.

Currently there is only one thing I am missing and that's an isofs-module to either hook up a USB CDROM/DVD-drive or do a loopback mount on an iso-image. I got the modules.tar from the download section but unfortunatly it doesn't contain this module. Anyone here have one or is able to compile one?

Thank you

 Tes

The problem has been solved. schufti in http://wl500g.info/showthread.php?t=9513&page=16 has made a new Flash-Image (MGB100_400s01) that contains ISO9660, ext3 and NTFS r/w support (experimental) using kernel 2.4.35. Works (at least for me Smiley) but seems to be about 10% slower than the original kernel. The image is autoexec/autobootfs compatible so if you run v4, you shouldn't have a problem to use it. You will have to copy /lib/modules/2.4.35 from the RAM-disk to be able to use WLAN though.
