As the question where do i get the sqlite server package from ??

I only can find the sqlite..cli  means client version

An looking on www.sqlite.org offers me some packages ... but which one do i have to use

OR do i only need php5_mod_sqlite ??

but how to get to the interpreter than and how to build databases
