It depends on your router model.

Some routers have UHCI others OHCI based USB Controllers.

Removing USB2 is done by:
Code:
ipkg remove kmod-usb2

Installing USB 1.1 is one of theese lines depending on which chipset you have:

ipkg install kmod-usb-uhci
ipkg install kmod-usb-uhci-iv
ipkg install kmod-usb-ohci

The different package-descriptions is here:
kmod-usb-ohci - 2.4.30-brcm-5 - Kernel driver for OHCI USB controllers
kmod-usb-uhci - 2.4.30-brcm-5 - Kernel driver for UHCI USB controllers
kmod-usb-uhci-iv - 2.4.30-brcm-5 - Kernel driver for Intel/VIA UHCI USB controllers

As I see with printer driver is something wrong happen.

Probably You have right with power issue but I have power supply to 3.5' external storage.
But also system see USB2 after i remove USB2 driver.

The USB 2.0 that you system sees after removing the USB2 drivers is just information from the connected device. That is is compatible with USB2.0.

Try to give me an output from: lsmod

and you could consider downloading the lsusb utility, which might be able to help you seeing what is connected and so on:

witht he command

  you will see some verbose information on the connected devices.
